Hello, my name is Selen Aktaş. I have a daughter named Lycia. I am a ceramic artist. Nature and human, process and balance, mind and color are the rhythms that interest me. Archeology, botany, chemistry, sociology, biology and technology are the disciplines that I am interested in. Lotteryism, phenomenology, Dadaism, funk, kitsch, Orientalis , minimalism are among the currents I think about. In addition to ceramic art, creating, living and presenting platforms that I can combine with ceramic materials with different disciplines are among the works I produce by taking part in collective groups. My purpose of expressing art; It is to create curiosity and awareness, as well as reflecting my personal development and everything that I feed on.
